Weakness happens for a variety of reasons, including periods of inactivity, surgery, and prolonged/chronic pain. We develop a program that focuses on increasing strength, which also includes managing new or chronic pain to maximize strength gains. With reduced pain and improved strength comes improvement in mobility.
